Our fees depend on the scope of work and the size of the project. To maintain long-term client relationships, we keep our fees highly competitive, with an average turnaround time of 2–3 working days. We handle all types of construction projects, including residential, commercial, and more.
The best way to determine the exact fee for your project is to send us your plans via PDF, Dropbox, Google Drive, or another file-sharing method. Once we review your documents, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining the exact fee and estimated turnaround time.
When submitting your plans, please indicate whether you are bidding the entire project as a General Contractor or for selected trades. This information helps us provide an accurate fee proposal and estimated delivery time tailored to your needs.

After receiving our proposal, you are welcome to discuss any questions or clarifications via email or phone. You can also request samples of completed projects to see the quality and detail of our takeoffs. We can provide work in any format, with the level of detail and breakdown you require.
Our standard deliverable format is an editable Excel sheet, allowing you to easily make changes, additions, or modifications. If needed, we can also provide files compatible with software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or marked-up drawings.
You can approve us to proceed by replying to the proposal email or by signing and returning the PDF proposal. We will not begin work on any project until we receive your formal approval, ensuring complete transparency and control over your project.

At Superior Estimation, we do not offer fixed fees for estimating, as the level of detail required can vary greatly from project to project.
Instead, we provide a no-obligation quote for any project based on the drawings and specifications you submit. Simply send us your drawings via email, and we will provide a detailed quotation within 3 working hours.
All projects are accurately priced by our experienced Quantity Surveyors, who carefully review the drawings and specifications. We also place a strong emphasis on delivering excellent client service, taking the time to understand how your business operates, whether through face-to-face meetings or phone consultations.
No two building projects are the same, which is why we do not follow a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Every estimate is tailored to the unique requirements of your project, ensuring precision, reliability, and client satisfaction.
Additional charges
Please note that all estimate files will be emailed to our clients at no additional cost. We provide them in multiple formats, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF, ready for printing and use. No extra charges will be applied.
